Since the 1956 Eldorado Biarritz was a well equipped Cadillac to begin with. There can only be 4 accessory codes that show up on a '56 Biarritz data tag. They are as follows,
- Code P = Plain Glass (no charge)
or
- Code E = E-Z eye glass(tinted glass) $42.30
- Code H = Heater (no charge)
- Code S = Power Trunk $35.00
- Code K = Air Conditioning $500.00
Other factory options that were available that did not show up on the data tag,
- Autronic Eye $45.00
- Gold Grille(no charge)
- Gold Sabre wheels(no charge)
*There is a common misconception that a "Gold package" was offered in 1956. This is not the case.The gold sabre wheels and grille were ordered separately as noted in the salesman data book picture below,
